Had a great experience getting my truck tinted here. The team took the time to explain the different tint options and helped me choose what was best for me. They also went over the aftercare instructions so I knew exactly what to do. Great service and I’d definitely recommend them.

I’ve called three times just to get an alarm panel replaced and a video system moved to another room. The first call, no one ever came, which prompted a second call days later. After the second call, someone answered and sent two technicians who came to assess my situation. I relayed to them that my alarm kept going off and I didn’t have the code since it was from the previous owner. The technicians left without touching a thing and relayed to me that someone would be in touch, after no one called/texted/emailed, I decided to make a third call days later to ask if anyone was coming to complete the work. The lady who answered preceded to tell me that their technicians were out of town and no one was available until the following week. When I asked her why no one had at least called to set an appt, she said, “we don’t have time to let all of our customers know that our technicians are out of town.” This did not answer my question as I was simply calling to see when someone could come. Long story short, my alarm is still ringing ad nauseam and no one from secur-it could assist me. Never received my 1800 receipt. They claimed they can't find the invoice. I am 95% sure I paid for 10 cameras but only received 8. Two of those 8 were defected. I called so they can come and check them. They showed up a day they weren't scheduled, nobody was home. Went back on Dec 30 to ask about the invoice and to see when they were going back to check the cameras. The owner said he'll send someone the next day. Its been 8 day and still nothing. Had to call someone else to replace the defected cameras. This is how they treat a loyal customer of 5 years. Won't be doing business with them anymore.

Very courteous and HONEST customer service! I took my 2021 Ford Explorer for installation of remote starter. Jerry assisted me and made me aware that my current features include remote starter. So I saved myself some money and I am glad I went to Secur-It. I am afraid that any other agency might have charged me for something that my car already had. Thank you Secur-It!

Awesome service! Left my car neat no mess from the tint. Receptionist was knowledgeable on the kind of tint they sell and she was friendly! I love her customer service. I got carbon tint for all four windows and front tint, life time warranty for about $250 max ( I know it was cheaper can't remember the exact amount). I definetly recommend Secur-It for tinting.
